 Lawrence County Archives new location 

IF coming from the East on Hwy. 64 (Gaines St.), go through the first traffic light.  Just a short distance past this light, you will see the library located on the left side of the road just before you come to a road that veers off on the left side.  The archives is located in the same building, but their entrance is in back.  The door to the archives is on the right hand side when facing the back with the entry by the handicap ramp.   After entering the building, there will be a door straight in front of you, but our door is to the right of this.

IF coming from the West on Hwy 64 (Gaines St.), go through three traffic lights.  Go about 2 blocks past this light and you will see the library located on the right side of the road just past Sugar & Spice Quick Mart and the VFW Club.  The archives is located in the same building, but their entrance is in back.  The door to the archives is on the right hand side when facing the back with the entry door by the handicap ramp.   After entering the building, there will be a door straight in front of you, but our door is to the right of this.

IF coming from the South on Hwy. 43 (Locust St.), go to the second traffic light and turn right onto Hwy 64 E (East Gaines).  Go about 2 blocks past this light and you will see the library located on the right side of the road just past Sugar & Spice Quick Mart and the VFW Club.  The archives is located in the same building, but their entrance is in back.  The door to the archives is on the right hand side when facing the back with the entry door by the handicap ramp.   After entering the building, there will be a door straight in front of you, but our door is to the right of this.

IF coming from the North on Hwy. 43 (Locust St.), go to the seventh traffic light and turn left onto Hwy 64 E (East Gaines).  Go about 2 blocks past this light and you will see the library located on the right side of the road just past Sugar & Spice Quick Mart and the VFW Club.  The archives is located in the same building, but their entrance is in back.  The door to the archives is on the right hand side when facing the back with the entry door by the handicap ramp.   After entering the building, there will be a door straight in front of you, but our door is to the right of this.
