TABLE RESERVATION FORM
The Family History Fair tentatively planned for the 4th Saturday in June has been canceled. The LCGS Board of Directors feels that the economy is a major factor and attendance would be very low. Depending on the economy and other factors, we might plan a fair for 2011, so check back next year.
If you wish to reserve a table for the Family History Fair, please fill out the form below and return to the Lawrence County Genealogical Society, 2588 Highway 43 S, Leoma, TN 38468. The form must be returned no later than the Wednesday before the fair in June 2009. That will give me time to prepare a directory listing the surnames that information on at your table or the books you will have for sell. You may also email the information to me at the address below.
Tables are free, but we do have a limited number of tables. It takes a lot of preparation and work weeks before the fair and on the day of the fair to do this each year. If you would like to volunteer to help on one of the committees, even if you do not live in Lawrence County, please contact the society at 2588 Highway 43 S, Leoma, TN 38468; phone - (931)852-4091; email - lcarchives@lorettotel.net
