TABLE RESERVATION FORM
The Lawrence County Genealogical Society will not host a Family History Fair on the 4th Saturday in June, 2007. We had planned a fair this year, but in order to maintain our non-profit status, we can only have two fund raisers a year. The book The Heritage of Lawrence County, Tennessee will replace the family history fair this year.
If enough interest is shown from researchers and we get enough volunteers to help with preparations and to work the day of the fair we will have the fair on the 4th Saturday of June 2009. We have already changed the fair from an annual event to holding it in odd years only.
In early 2009, If you wish to reserve a table for the Family History Fair, please fill out the form below and return to the Lawrence County Genealogical Society, 524 Gallaher St., Lawrenceburg, TN 38464 (unless the county has moved the archives to a new location). The form must be returned no later than the Wednesday before the fair in June 2009. That will give me time to prepare a directory listing the surnames you will have information on at your table or the books you will have for sell. You may also email the information to me at the address below.
Tables are free, but we do have a limited number of tables. It takes a lot of preparation and work weeks before the fair and on the day of the fair to do this each year. People who have reserved a table should plan to be at the Lawrence County High
School at 9:30 a.m. Doors will open for the general public at 10:00 a.m.
