Bishop and Related Families Reunion. This includes Fleeman, Day, May, Martin, Jaco, Enochs, Gibson and many other families the Bishops married into. It will be held Friday night and Saturday May 29th and 30th, 2020 in Perryville, Arkansas. Bring your family history, pictures and stories to share. Cathey Reunion (2013) will be held Sat. Aug. 3rd at The Holiday Inn Express in, Columbia, TN. Registration will start at 9:30 am in the Conference Room with the reunion starting at 10:30 am. The cost of the dinner Saturday afternoon will be determined later. The motel is located at Exit 46 on I-65, about 40 miles from Nashville. Everyone with Cathey ancestry is invited. Many Catheys lived and are buried in the Maury Co. and Marshall Co. areas. We also have pictures of many Cathey family tombstones across the country. We have a Cathey database with over 35,000 names of Cathey and related family members. We will provide a free digital copy of your Cathey Family Tree if we can find one of your ancestors in the database. This year there will be free downloads including all of the back issues of our annual newsletter The Cathey Kith & Kin from 1951 - 2012. These contain much of the Cathey Family History. If you have a computer at home, bring a flash drive to download on. If you have a laptop computer, please bring it to help with downloads. There are some Revolutionary War pension applications, some Civil War muster rolls, and updates to Boyt Cathey's book "Cathey Family History and Genealogy" Volume 1 1700-1900. ( So far we have gotten through page 460.)
Collier Family Reunion is held each year in Davy Crockett State Park on the first Saturday in July. Contact Bill Cain for more information.
Collier & Robinson (Roberson, Robertson) Reunion. This African-American reunion is held every year. The 2017 reunion will be for two days on June 23rd and 24th held at the Knob Creek Community Church at 222 Bryant-Boswell Road. From 3:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. on Friday the 23rd, there will be a meet and greet dinner with everyone bringing a couple of their favorite foods. There will be music, games for children and adults and lots of other fun things to do. On Saturday the 24th, breakfast will be served at the church beginning at 6:30 a.m. and last until 8:30 a.m. (Had to pre-register and pay for this - children 11 and under free; children 12-18 $3.00; adults $5.00.) Money raised from this will to toward expenses for the reunion the following year. By 10:00 a.m. the reunion will begin, lunch will be served at 1:00 p.m. Adults and children attending on Saturday are asked to bring an extra pair of old sneakers or tennis shoes. Hood Reunion will be held in conjunction with the Jennings Reunion the 1st Sunday in August.

Bring your favorite covered dish, drink and/or dessert, along with old family photos, any family information or anything of family interest.
