The General History of the Higgs Family (Part II), by Danny M. Higgs
The article completes the history of the 14 children of Isham and Barbary Higgs and some of their descendants. The author recounts the Higgs participation in the petition (1823) to defeat David Crockett's attempt to relocate the County seat.
